Your work stays yours.
Privacy notice · September 5, 2026
Snapheader helps you turn screenshots into launch visuals. This notice explains what the application stores and what happens when you choose to share a project.
Editing and exporting
The editor renders images in your browser. Uploading a screenshot into the editor alone does not send it to cloud storage. Saving a project uploads its screenshot and stores the project’s copy and design settings. We temporarily keep unfinished drafts on this device so you can return after navigation or sign-in. Drafts are retained until you save the project or delete account data. Drafts older than 24 hours are discarded the next time they are accessed. Clearing this site's browser data also removes them.
Account information
Signing in with ChatGPT gives this site a stable account identifier, your email address, and an optional display name. We use these to identify your saved workspace. We do not receive your ChatGPT conversations or password.
Private and shared projects
Saved projects are private by default. If you create a public link, anyone who has it can see the project’s screenshot and copy, download a branded image, and remix it. You can stop sharing in the editor. This removes access through the link but cannot recall copies someone already downloaded.
Payments
When paid plans are available, Stripe processes card and billing information. Snapheader stores payment-provider identifiers and subscription access dates. It does not receive or store full card details. Stripe’s own privacy notice also applies to checkout.
Usage and storage
We record account-associated events for project creation, sharing, and signed-in exports so we can understand which workflows work. We use short-lived request counts to limit abuse. The site does not use advertising trackers. Cloudflare provides application, database, and file hosting; OpenAI Sites provides site access and sign-in.
Launch notifications
If you join the Pro launch list, we store the email address you submit for that notification. Joining does not purchase a subscription.
Your controls
You can delete projects, remove unused uploads, manage billing, and delete account data in Account. Account deletion removes your saved projects, screenshots, brand, sharing links, and account-associated usage events. Billing providers may retain transaction records for their legal requirements. An active subscription must end before account deletion.
